Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic. We decant the perfume directly from the original manufacturer bottles into our custom-sized travel sprays and glass vials.
What are the different sizes available?
We offer a variety of sizes to suit your needs, including 0.75ml sample vials, 5ml travel sprays, and 10ml luxury atomizers, as well as full-sized retail bottles for select scents.
How long will a sample spray last?
A 5ml travel spray typically provides approximately 65 to 70 sprays, while a 10ml atomizer provides roughly 130 to 140 sprays, depending on how heavily you apply the fragrance.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders, and we provide free standard shipping on orders over a certain threshold, which is specified at the top of our website.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on decanted samples. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error on our part, we will gladly send a replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to a wide range of countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and local customs regulations.
