Please note that due to the nature of our products, travel sprays and sample vials must remain in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused fragrance items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
